Delivery Rates by Region
Shipping costs depend on your delivery region and the size of your order. Standard flat rates apply to smaller items; large or heavy items (including furniture and oversized ceramics) are priced on a per-quote basis regardless of destination.

For large or heavy items — including restored furniture and oversized pieces — shipping is arranged on a per-quote basis for all destinations. Please contact us with the product name and your delivery address and we will confirm the cost before any payment is taken.
Duties and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow the following transit times:
- Spain: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs clearance for international shipments.
Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces
Many of our lampshades and handcrafted items are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks production time before your order is dispatched. We will keep you updated by email throughout the process.
If you need your piece by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
Large Items & Furniture
Restored furniture and large ceramic pieces require special handling and packaging to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping for these items is arranged on a per-quote basis for all destinations, including within Spain and the EU.
To request a quote, please get in touch with the product name and your delivery address. We will confirm the cost before any payment is taken.
Packaging & Handling
All Luzera Studio pieces are packed with care using protective materials suited to each product — from tissue-wrapped lampshades to custom-built crates for fragile ceramics and furniture. We take pride in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.
